Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article VIII of the bill, following the appropriations to the Department of Licensing and Regulation (page VIII-29), by deleting Rider 14 and adding the following appropriately numbered rider:

____.  Combative Sports Program Attendance Report. The Department of Licensing and Regulation shall provide to the Legislative Budget Board and the Texas Ethics Commission a quarterly report of any employee of the department, commissioner of the department, and/or guest of the department/commission who attends a combative sports event in the State of Texas with complimentary or reduced rate tickets provided by the promoter or attends the event in the technical zone. The quarterly report shall be provided in a format prescribed by the Legislative Budget Board and the Texas Ethics Commission and include the date of the event and the face value of the ticket for the event.
