Amend CSHB 1 as follows by adding the following in the appropriate section:

____.  Contingent on the enactment of HB 1530, SB 616, or similar legislation relating to the transfer of the motorcycle and off-highway vehicle operator training programs to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation by the Eighty-Sixth Legislature, Regular Session, all appropriations, authority given, nine full-time equivalent employees, and riders related to the motorcycle and off-highway vehicle operating training programs are transferred to the department for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 and are reduced for the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
