Amend CSHB 1 as follows by adding the following in the appropriate section:

Contingent on the enactment of HB 1670, SB 621, or similar legislation relating to the transfer of regulation of plumbing to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, by the Eighty-Sixth Legislature, Regular Session, all appropriations, real property, vehicles, full-time equivalent employees, authority given and riders are transferred to the department for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 and are reduced for the State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
