Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
Add the following items to CSHB 1, Article XI, under The University of Texas of the Permian Basin bill pattern:
(1) Increase general revenue in Strategy C.1.3, College of Engineering, by $2,298,861 in fiscal year 2020 and $2,298,861 in fiscal year 2021.
(2) Add the following rider:
____. Engineering Laboratory Equipment. Out of funds appropriated to The University of Texas of the Permian Basin in Strategy C.1.3, College of Engineering, $2,298,861 in general revenue in each fiscal year shall be used for laboratory equipment.
