Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service (page III-222), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:
____. Eradication of Introduced Bluestem Grasses. Out of funds appropriated above to the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service for Strategy D.1.1, Wildlife Management, the service shall allocate $250,000 for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2021, for the purpose of eradicating introduced bluestem grasses.
