Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to Texas A&M University (page III-92), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:

____.  Borderlands Law Program. Out of funds appropriated above for Strategy A.1.1, Operations Support, $80,000 in each year of the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2019, may be expended only for the Borderlands Law Program at Texas A&M University School of Law.
