Amend CSHB 1 (house committee report) in Article I of the bill, following the appropriations to the Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor (page I-50), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:

____.  Grants for Technology Infrastructure. It is the intent of the legislature that the amounts appropriated above to the Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor in Strategy B.1.1, Criminal Justice, for Grants for Technology Infrastructure as described by Rider 27 following the appropriations to the office may only be used for the construction and maintenance of interoperable statewide emergency radio infrastructure.
