Amend Amendment No. 39 by Miller to CSHB 1 (page 69, prefiled amendments packet) by:

(1)  Striking "Strategy B.1.1, General Assistance Grants, general revenue funds" and substituting "Strategy B.1.3, Veterans Treatment Courts, general revenue funds" in the first action paragraph.
