Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
(1) On page II-xx of the Health and Human Services Commission bill pattern, add the following rider:
____. San Antonio State Hospital Construction. Included in amounts appropriated above in Strategy G.4.2, Capital Repairs & Renov, is $323,264,360 in economic stabilization funds for construction of a replacement campus of San Antonio State Hospital.
