Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Education Agency, by amending Rider 74, Texas Safe and Healthy Schools Initiative, in Subsection (d)(4) (page III-25), between "activities" and the semicolon, by inserting "and school safety communication technology".
