Amend Amendment No. 62 by Lambert to CSHB 3 (page 127, prefiled amendments packet) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 5, strike "Sections 29.194 and 29.1941" and substitute "Section 29.194".
(2) Strike page 1, line 17, through page 2, line 12.
