Amend CSHB 3 (senate committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to ARTICLE 7 of the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of that ARTICLE accordingly:
SECTION 7.___. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, this Act takes effect only if S.B. 2, 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, becomes law. If S.B. 2, 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, does not become law, this Act has no effect.
