Amend CSHB 10 (house committee report) by inserting the following on page 9, between lines 7 and 8:
Sec. 104A.0083. CERTAIN RESEARCH PROHIBITED. The institute may not conduct or provide funding to an entity to conduct research that uses a hallucinogenic drug, an electroconvulsive therapy, a seizure inducing therapy, or an electronic device to modify the mood, cognition, or behavior of children.
