Amend CSHB 226 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 22, line 25, through page 26, line 9.

(2)  In SECTION 3.32 of the bill, on page 31, strike lines 2 and 3 and renumber the subdivisions of the SECTION accordingly.

(3)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
