Amend Amendment No. 2 by White to CSHB 650 as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 13 of the amendment, between "her" and "infant", insert "unborn child or".

(2)  Add the following appropriately numbered items to the amendment and renumber the items of the amendment accordingly:

(____) On page 1, line 17, between "pregnant inmate" and "of", insert "and the inmate's unborn child".

(____) On page 6, line 6, strike "the inmate's infant," and substitute "her unborn child or infant,".
