Amend HB 769 on third reading by striking the added SECTIONS of Amendment No. 2 by Calanni as follows:

(1)  the SECTION amending Section 11.201(c), Education Code;

(2)  the SECTION adding Section 12.104(b-4), Education Code; and

(3)  the SECTION adding transition language regarding amended Section 11.201(c), Education Code, and added Section 12.104(b-4), Education Code.
