(2) On page 1, line 18, between "drugs" and "or", insert ", supplies,".
(3) On page 1, line 20, between "prescribing" and "health", insert "or dispensing".
(4) On page 1, line 21, strike "for the prescription".
(5) On page 1, lines 22-23, strike "or from a person as authorized by Chapter 32, Family Code." and substitute the following:
, or from the enrolled child if authorized under Section 32.003, Family Code, for the prescription or dispensing of the contraceptive drug, supply, or device.
