(2)  On page 1, line 10, striking "mandatory evacuation order issued during a";

(3)  On page 1, line 11, striking "or";

(4)  On page 1, line 12, striking "; or" and replacing it with ", a state of disaster under federal law; or"; and

(5)  On page 1, line 15 and line 16, striking "168 hours" and replacing it with "365 days".
