Amend HB 1177 (house committee printing) on page 1 of the bill by striking lines 9-12 and substituting the following:
(A) evacuating from an area in which a state of disaster is declared under Section 418.014, Government Code, or a local state of disaster is declared under Section 418.108, Government Code; or
