Amend HB 1313 (house committee report) on page 1 as follows:

(1)  On lines 13 and 14, strike "following tax year" and substitute "next [following] tax year in which the property is appraised".

(2)  On line 23, strike "following tax year" and substitute "next [following] tax year in which the property is appraised".
