Amend CSHB 1364 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 23, strike "19" and substitute "18".

(2)  On page 2, line 5, strike "19 [18]" and substitute "18".

(3)  On page 3, line 7, between "by" and "child", insert "the child's parent, guardian, or family,".

(4)  On page 3, line 7, immediately after "services", insert ",".

(5)  Strike SECTION 6 of the bill (page 3, line 21, through page 4, line 2) and renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
