Amend Amendment No. 2 by C. Turner to CSHB 1442 as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 7, strike "develop" and substitute "report on [develop]".

(2)  On page 1, line 15, strike "from 1997 through" and substitute "for the five years preceding [from 1997 through]".
