Amend HB 1452 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 19, following the semicolon, strike "or" and substitute "[or]".
(2) On page 1, line 20, following "(3)", insert the following:
the first anniversary of the discharge and dismissal, if the offense for which the person was placed on deferred adjudication was a state jail felony under Chapter 481, Health and Safety Code, listed in Article 42A.551(a), Code of Criminal Procedure; or
(4)
(3) on page 1, line 22, before the period, insert the following:
