Amend HB 1649 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, strike lines 5 and 6 and substitute the following:
SECTION 1. Section 386.154, Health and Safety Code, is amended by amending Subsection (d) and adding Subsection (f) to read as follows:
(2) On page 2, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:
(f) A person that receives the incentive described by Subsection (d) shall remit $750 to the comptroller to deposit to the credit of the state highway fund.
