Amend CSHB 1960 (house committee printing) on page 1 by striking lines 21 and 22 and substituting the following:
(1) two representatives of unaffiliated Internet service providers, including at least one representative of a small provider, as defined by Section 56.032, Utilities Code, appointed by the governor;
