Amend CSHB 2042 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "Sections 2101.011(b) and (c), Government Code, are" and substitute "Section 2101.011(c), Government Code, is".

(2)  Strike page 2, line 23, through page 3, line 4.
