Amend CSHB 2137 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, strike line 22 and substitute the following:
under this section does not expire, [expires] as provided by Section 411.183(e) [411.183].
(2) Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. Section 411.183, Government Code, is amended by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
(e) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, a license issued to an applicant under Section 411.199 does not expire.
