Amend CSHB 2384 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 23, between "judge" and the underlined period, insert "or as a justice of the peace".

(2)  On page 4, line 22, between "judge" and the underlined period, insert "or as a justice of the peace".
