Amend HB 2545 on third reading, on page 2, by inserting the following language between lines 8 and 9:
(4) "Fresh water" has the meaning assigned by Section 27.002 of the Texas Water Code, water having bacteriological, physical, and chemical properties which make it suitable and feasible for beneficial use for any lawful purpose.
