Amend CSHB 2546 (house committee report) on line 7, between the underlined period and "Notwithstanding", by inserting "OPTION TO CONSTRUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CERTAIN ENERGY EFFICIENCY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS".
