Amend HB 2755 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. Chapter 437, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 437.0124 to read as follows:
Sec. 437.0124. COUNTY AND PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT FEE SCHEDULE. A county or public health district shall establish a fee schedule for any fees collected under this chapter and revise the fee schedule as necessary.
