Amend CSHB 2771 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 6, lines 12-14, strike "and all funds appropriated by the legislature for that power, duty, function, program, or activity".
(2) On page 7, line 11, strike "NPDES" and substitute "National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System".
(3) On page 7, line 13, strike "commission" and substitute "Texas Commission on Environmental Quality".
