Amend CSHB 2771 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 3, lines 12 and 13, strike "established by the commission" and substitute "for drinking water established by the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. Section 300f et seq.)".

(2) On page 5, lines 16 and 17, strike "established by the commission" and substitute "for drinking water established by the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. Section 300f et seq.)".
