Amend HB 3231 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 8, strike "and (h)" and substitute "(h) and (i)".
(2) On page 5, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following:
(i) This section does not limit the enforceability of any state or federal law.
