Amend HB 3301 on third reading on page 4, between lines 2 and 3, by inserting the following:

(d)  If an applicant submits a redacted application under Subsection (b)(2), a taxpayer or resident of the county in which any applicant for the certificate of public advantage is located is entitled to appropriate injunctive relief to require public disclosure of the unredacted version of the application. A taxpayer or resident who prevails in an action under this subsection is entitled to recover from the applicant the taxpayer's or resident's reasonable attorney's fees and costs in bringing the action.
