Amend HB 3390 on third reading as follows:

(1)  Strike the SECTION of the bill amending Section 261.3017, Family Code.

(2)  Strike the SECTION of the bill adding Section 261.30175, Family Code.

(3)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
