Amend HB 3904 on third reading (second reading engrossment) in ARTICLE 1 of the bill as follows:
(1) Strike page 9, line 21 through page 10, line 11, SECTION 1.07 of the bill amending Sections 25.112(a) and (d), Education Code.
(2) Strike page 10, lines 12 through 25, SECTION 1.08 of the bill amending Section 25.113(a), Education Code.
(3) Strike page 10, line 26 though page 12, line 2, SECTION 1.09 of the bill amending Section 39.333, Education Code.
(4) Strike page 12, lines 3 through 5, SECTION 1.10 of the bill that provides transition language for amended Sections 25.112, 25.113, and 39.333, Education Code.
(5) On page 12, lines 6 through 8, strike SECTION 1.11(a) of the bill that provides transition language for ARTICLE 1 and substitute the following:
(a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, this article applies beginning with the 2020-2021 school year.
(6) Renumber the SECTIONS of ARTICLE 1 of the bill accordingly.
