Amend HR 3 (adopting the housekeeping resolution for the House of Representatives of the 86th Legislature) on page 23, by striking lines 11 through 15 and substituting the following:

SECTION 5.04.  MONTHLY CREDIT. (a) Each member's operating account shall be credited with:

(1)  in Fiscal Year 19, $15,250 [$14,250] for each month that falls wholly or partly during the regular legislative session or a special legislative session and in [. In] any other month, [each member's operating account shall be credited] with $13,500;

(3)  in Fiscal Year 21, $15,250 for each month.
