Amend HR 3 (adopting the housekeeping resolution for the House of Representatives of the 86th Legislature) on page 34, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection and reletter subsequent subsections and cross-references appropriately:

"(    ) The individual employed or compensated by the committee under Subsection (f) of this section shall only perform the investigative functions of determining facts and reporting those facts to the committee and shall not perform any other functions for, or provide other services to, the committee in connection with a complaint."
