Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 2 as follows:
(1) In SECTION 25 of the amendment, in added Section 26.012(19), Tax Code (page 20, lines 13-14), strike "a taxing unit, other than a school district, for which" and substitute the following:

(2) In SECTION 25 of the amendment, in added Section 26.012(19), Tax Code (page 20, line 16), strike "(A)" and substitute "(i)".
(3) In SECTION 25 of the amendment, in added Section 26.012(19), Tax Code (page 20, line 20), strike "(B)" and substitute "(ii)".
(4) In SECTION 25 of the amendment, in added Section 26.012(19), Tax Code (page 20, line 22), between "available" and the underlined period, insert the following:
