Amend CSSB 6 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1) In the recital to SECTION 2 of the bill (page 1, lines 29 and 30), strike "418.057, and 418.058" and substitute "and 418.057".

(2) In SECTION 2 of the bill, strike added Section 418.056, Government Code (page 2, lines 14-37).

(3) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 418.057, Government Code (page 2, line 38), strike "418.057" and substitute "418.056".

(4) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 418.058, Government Code (page 2, line 64), strike "418.058" and substitute "418.057".
