Amend CSSB 7 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 16.452(c), Water Code (page 1, lines 47 and 48), strike "under Section 404.024, Government Code".
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 16.452, Water Code (page 1, between lines 48 and 49), insert the following:
(d) Investment earnings, interest earned on amounts credited to the fund, and interest earned on loans made from the fund shall be deposited to the credit of the fund.
