Amend CSSB 20 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 1, strike lines 13 through 20.
(2) On page 4, strike lines 7 through 12 and substitute the following appropriately numbered SECTION:
SECTION 1.____. Section 402.035(h), Government Code, as amended by Chapter 762 (SB 2039), Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular Session, 2017, and repealed by Chapter 685 (HB 29), Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular Session, 2017, is repealed.
(3) Renumber SECTIONS of ARTICLE 1 of the bill accordingly.
