Amend SB 22 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 4, strike lines 14 through 16.

(2)  Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill:

SECTION ____.  The legislature finds that a taxpayer resource transaction between a governmental entity and an abortion provider or affiliate of an abortion provider does not constitute a legitimate public purpose.

(3)  Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
