System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend Amendment No. 1 by Middleton to CSSB 29, on page 2 of the amendment, in Item (7) of the amendment, by striking added Subdivision (5) and substituting the following:
(5) payment of membership fees or dues to:
(A) a chamber of commerce;
(B) an economic development corporation; or
(C) the North Texas Commission.
