Amend CSSB 212 (senate committee report) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 51.256(a)(2), Education Code, as follows:
(1) In Paragraph (A) (page 3, line 40), strike "employees of" and substitute "persons employed by or under contract with".
(2) In Paragraph (A) (page 3, line 42), after the underlined semicolon, strike "or".
(3) In Paragraph (B) (page 3, line 44), between "report" and the underlined period, insert the following:
;
(C) the person or persons alleged to have perpetrated the incident, to the extent required by other law; or
(D) potential witnesses to the incident as necessary to conduct an investigation of the report
