Amend CSSB 601 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike SECTIONS 7 and 8 of the bill (page 9, line 16, through page 10, line 15).

(2)  Strike SECTION 13 of the bill (page 12, lines 3-8).

(3)  Renumber SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
