Amend CSSB 633 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 531.0221(c), Government Code (page 1, lines 50 and 51), strike ", using existing resources of the authorities".
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 531.0221(f), Government Code (page 2, lines 35 and 36), strike "that uses existing resources of the authorities".
(3) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 531.0221(i), Government Code (page 2, line 60), strike "using existing resources".
(4) Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill:
SECTION ___. The Health and Human Services Commission is required to implement a provision of this Act only if the legislature appropriates money specifically for that purpose. If the legislature does not appropriate money specifically for that purpose, the Health and Human Services Commission may, but is not required to, implement a provision of this Act using other appropriations available for that purpose.
(5) Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
