Amend CSSB 691 (senate committee printing) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 521.3725(b)(2)(B), Transportation Code (page 1, line 55), strike "any applicable fees" and substitute "a fee in an amount that is equivalent to the sum of all fees applicable to a suspension and reinstatement of a license under this subchapter, regardless of whether the person's license is suspended or reinstated".

(2)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, in added Section 521.377(a-1), Transportation Code (page 2, line 31), strike "any applicable fees" and substitute "a fee in an amount that is equivalent to the sum of all fees applicable to a suspension and reinstatement of a license under this subchapter".
