Amend SB 750 (house committee report) on page 3, between lines 9 and 10, by adding the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions accordingly:

(____)  "High-risk population" means the population of women most disproportionately affected by maternal morbidity and maternal mortality, as determined in the joint biennial report required under Section 34.015 including minority women.
